Update 12- Ticket Sales and Reunion Details!!!

Good morning all!

Our apologies that this message is later in being posted than expected! “Time flies when you’re having fun!…” We have ALMOST crossed the finish line, but be advised IT IS NOT TO LATE TO ATTEND! Again to help some alumni who were unsure of their schedule– a “Last Minute” ticket as even been added for tomorrow! After 8PM this evening the “Last Minute” price will apply… buy early for the best rate! [May search eventbrite.com: Troy High School 10 Year Reunion for tickets.]

ENCOURAGE YOUR FRIENDS TO ATTEND THE EVENT! We have been making phone calls, sending texts and messages on social media– the success of the Reunion depends on getting people there! Please, don’t be shy… reach out to an old friend, they may be delighted to hear from you!

Many have requested a schedule for the evening of the Reunion, and we will try to stick to this as best we can (with room for fun and flexibility of course! The address of the hotel is listed under LOCATION, however for everyone’s ease it is also listed below:

Parking is $17 same as theme park and overnight parking for resort hotel guests (this fee is not waived for event attendees.)

Guests interested in the meet/greet on Sunday July 19th should meet at the Tangaroa Terrace [cocktail area and lunch-not included in Reunion cost] at the Disneyland Hotel, we will meet at 11:30 AM for lunch and to continue the good times!

Update 11- 4 days until the BIG DAY!

Good morning everyone!

We are moving at hyper speed in our office and are looking forward to seeing everybody this weekend!

The time is fast approaching and we are only FOUR DAYS away!! If you have been invited to the Facebook event but have not responded, you *should* have a message from us in your inbox, please check all folders!

I am thrilled that so many of you have already replied with the meal option for you (and your guests!) I just got off of the phone with our Disney coordinators and we are giving over some preliminary numbers for the plated dinners! Make sure any… last minute ticket orders are in ASAP! … are you still deciding whether to bring that special someone? Or do you want to snag a friend to come along– FEEL FREE! This looks to be a welcoming atmosphere where everybody should feel at ease!

The Eventbrite tickets will be sold until FRIDAY– I repeat FRIDAY is the new last day for ticket sales, but do to the last minute nature they will be priced at $85 dollars…. so don’t wait to decide! If you’re in the area (or within a few hundred miles!) Join us Saturday July 18th 2015 at the Disneyland hotel!! Hopefully this will answer some inquiries to alumni that were not sure they would know their schedule until the last minute!

We have also still been picking up items to display on our table of medals, memorabilia, etc… If you are in the LA/OC area (even if you cannot attend) and have items you would be willing to share– email us and we will arrange a pick up time: Simple!

DRESS CODE– As I told my dear friend, Amit Parekh… “I would say ‘business casual’ is appropriate (slacks or nice jeans, button up/collared shirts) and DANCING shoes! (Whatever you feel comfortable with there!) Step up from casual [please no shorts] but step down from Prom.” That’s the best way I can think to describe it, some call it “Cocktail Attire”… any additional questions please email: originalberealproductions@gmail.com!

Today is 7-11… the countdown to the Reunion is ONE WEEK AWAY!

In order to get the most value for our event, plated meals will be served in lieu of having a buffet—however passed appetizers, desserts, a candy “bar” and more will be available throughout the night! If you have purchased a ticket for a guest, please type their meal option in the body of your reply email. {Vegetarians that have already replied via email have been noted– any other vegetarians please reply with “VEGGIE” in the subject line/body of the email for guests.}

Also for all replies, please list the name of the Alumni in the body of the email.  Some tickets were purchased by the guest or using new married name; when listing the Alumni please use the name as recorded in high school. If you are staying overnight at one of the 3 Disneyland Resort Hotels (or nearby!) and would like to participate in a gathering/meet-and-greet on the following Sunday 7/19/15 please let us know, we plan to meet near the pool areas for some “next day” fun!

You will receive even more valuable information in the coming weekend about pertinent details and any other required information. If you have your high school yearbook, photos, medals or memorabilia that you are willing to bring to the reunion, please include this in your reply as well! There will be a decorated display of these items and we would LOVE to continuing filling the table! (All items will be labeled and returned on the evening of the event.)

Update 9- Happy 4th of July!!! (And 2 Weeks remain!)

“Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you…Happy Birthday dear America…!!!”

Hello Everyone! We are a mere 2 weeks away and things are moving like lighting! A lot of you are wondering what all is included with the Reunion ticket cost- GREAT QUESTION!

Entertainment is nearly finalized but for sure there WILL be music and a dance floor, so come prepared to show your best moves! (Feel free to bring a device to play the style of music you like as we will try to rotate throughout the evening!) *Dancing is encouraged, but of course optional!*

Our Disney coordinator did have to reschedule the meeting we had for Tuesday, so unfortunately the menu is not finished quite yet- but have heart, we should be able to get the menu emailed to you before the end of the week. There will be a bar, some libations will be included with your ticket– but a cash bar will be available throughout the event as well!

There is a wonderful slide show prepared, tons of mingling games to be played, and MORE surprises planned! Photo opportunities (booth and banners) will also be set up to make new memories with old (and NEW) friends!

AS a bonus “birthday gift” for our fair country today– the last day to buy tickets has also been extended!! Spread the word: you may now buy tickets until JULY 15TH, 2015! But don’t delay– we want you to have the ticket link for DISCOUNTED DISNEYLAND TICKETS! Update 8- THIS JUST IN!!!! 23 Days Until Party Time!

Good afternoon everyone! It is with great pleasure that I announce we are officially less that one month away from gathering together to commemorate TEN YEARS graduated! Photos are being sifted through, and last minute meetings to finalize details are well underway! …BUT we need YOU! There are still alumni that cannot be reached through social media– maybe you know that a friend will be visiting in July, or an old classmate that you ran in to at the mall told you about the Reunion….GOOD! We encourage everyone to continue to spread the word. Tickets are still available for sale, and will continue until at least 7/13/15! The earlier we get a close estimation of guests, the better planning for the flow of the Reunion overall 🙂 If you have NOT received the link for your discounted theme park admission ticket store– please email originalberealproductions@gmail.com because by now all attendees should have received the web address in their inbox! Prices for the tickets are listed on the site…but cannot be seen by anyone without a confirmed Reunion ticket order (Disney policy states that tickets are explicitly for convention/event attendees.) Update 7- Discounted Ticket Update

“Summer time and the living is easy!…”

Hello all, I hope that this post finds you well. The Reunion is just OVER ONE MONTH AWAY! There are still some incomplete invitation orders floating around- and as Taylor was so wonderful to mention on the official Facebook page- we would like to start getting a better idea of a headcount which will determine a buffet versus plated meals for attendees.

If participation continues to pick up then the easiest meal option will be buffet style; if things slow down or start tapering off with the amount of people we have now– then participants can expect a plated dinner and appetizers beforehand! Think of it as a “chose our own adventure…” the more people we get… then the bigger the direction!

We couldn’t be more pleased with the positive momentum– however I would encourage everyone who is considering buying Reunion tickets to do so early to assist in planning!

Lastly, our coordinator at the Disneyland Resort was changed due to internal circumstances so it has been a bit of a challenge getting the discounted Disneyland ticket site launched– but I will not give up hope on getting the rates and the link to those who attend the Reunion. Thank you for your understanding and patience, I know we have been waiting for a little while!

Update 4- Discount Theme Park Ticket

I would like to thank you all for your patience while I tried to find out the status of our ticket store!

After talking with our coordinator, I was able to confirm that the reason that the electronic link has not been set up is for liability issues! Technically discounted group tickets are supposed to be released no sooner than 60 days prior to the event (to ensure that participants are the only ones who have access to the sale price link.) We’re trying to work a little *magic* and get it to you a few days earlier than that; a lot of Alums have been anxious to buy… so hang in there, we our working for YOU!

As a fun fact: the Reunion is 79 days from today!!!

Update 3- Last Weekend for Early Bird Tickets

Good afternoon everyone!

As a reminder, this is the final weekend to purchase “Early Bird” priced tickets at the base rate of $65.00 per ticket!  If you have not done so, please email originalberealproductions@gmail.com to have the ticket link sent to your inbox! The last day for early pricing is 5/5/2015 (SENIOR DITCH DAY 2005!)

Have no fear if you miss the discount pricing– you will still be able to purchase tickets at the $75.00 base rate through 7/13/2015! Based on feedback from some of our participating Alumni, the Eventbrite event invitations can now be shared on various social networks: LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook to name a few! So keep those ticket orders flooding in! We’re so close to already being at 100 ticket orders!

…In fact, since we are so close I am going to offer one more Reunion *PRIZE* …the 100th ticket order will receive a magical surprise at the Reunion! …no spoilers, but the lucky winner will be contacted and an incentive will be waiting for them on the day of the Reunion!
